Title: P.K. Bhattacharya, I.E. Segal and me: Reminiscences
Abstract: P.K. Bhattacharya visited MIT on a sabbatical and offered to help with I.E. Segal, the bane of the astrophysics establishment, who claimed that astrophysicists did not understand Statistics and were stuck on the wrong cosmology and should reject Hubble's Law in favor of a quadratic relationship.
